[ Website Design ]
A website that shows why you're the one to call.
Webflow sites that make clear what sets your business apart, and bring in inquiries while you focus on the work.
Guidepost Digital designs and builds Webflow websites for service businesses in Charlotte and nationally, starting at a fixed $899 for five pages.
Planned around how your buyers decide, with copy written in the words they search.
One point of contact from the first call through every month after launch.
Every site launches on a management plan, so it keeps improving after launch day.
[ Why It Matters ]
Most sites sound the same. Yours will sound like you.
We learn your business and the words your buyers use, then build the copy around what makes you different. Every page works as a quick scan, a fast read, or a deep read.
[ Scan ]
At a glance
Headlines that make your case to a buyer skimming on a phone.
[ Read ]
In a minute
Short sections that answer what buyers ask, in the words they use.
[ Study ]
In depth
Detail and proof for the buyer who reads every word before calling.
[ Built on Webflow ]
Modern architecture. Dependable by design.
Every Guidepost site runs on Webflow, the platform enterprise teams use, with hosting, security, and speed handled at the platform level. Your management plan keeps it moving forward.
Hosting included
Your site is hosted by Webflow as part of your management plan, so there is no separate hosting account or bill.
No plugins to update
Webflow has no plugins to break your site after an update, and security patches are handled by the platform.
Built to grow
New pages and content systems slot into the same structure, so adding to your site never means starting over.
[ What's Included ]
Everything a site needs to perform. In one price.
The Foundation Website covers the strategy, copy, design, and technical work a service business needs to launch well. Search, speed, and tracking are part of the build, not extras sold after it.
Five pages
Five main pages planned around how your buyers decide, plus privacy, terms, 404, and form thank-you pages at no charge.
Copy and design
Written and designed together, so every page says what you do, who it is for, and why you.
Mobile-first design
Designed for phones first and checked on every screen size, with accessibility built in.
Schema markup
Structured data that tells search engines and AI tools who you are, what you do, and where.
On-page SEO
Title tags, meta descriptions, and alt text written and optimized on every page.
Speed
Performance tuned for Core Web Vitals, so pages load quickly for buyers and for search.
AI search readiness
Content structured so ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity can find and cite your business.
Analytics and Search Console
Google Analytics 4 and Search Console set up before launch, so reporting starts on day one.
[ Our Standards ]
One fixed price. No surprises after launch.
The Foundation Website is priced before any work begins, and anything beyond it is quoted and approved before it starts.

[ Measurement ]
Four things in place on launch day.
Every build launches with measurement set up, so your first monthly report has a baseline to compare against.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 installed, with form submissions and call clicks recorded as key events.
Search Console
Your site verified and its sitemap submitted, so Google can find every page.
Schema
Structured data checked in Google's Rich Results Test before the site goes live.
Speed
Core Web Vitals checked on phones and desktops before launch.
[ What Happens Next ]
Four phases. Six to twelve weeks to launch.
Most builds land in that window, depending on how quickly content and feedback move on your end.
1
Orientation
Your business, your market, and your buyers, learned before anything is designed or written.
2
Definition
The message and positioning are set, so every design and copy choice has a reason behind it.

[ Questions Answered ]
What owners ask before a new site.
How much does a small business website cost?
At Guidepost, a five-page Webflow site is a fixed $899, covering copy, design, schema, on-page SEO, and analytics setup. Privacy, terms, 404, and thank-you pages are included and do not count toward the five. Additional pages are $399 each. Every site launches on a management plan from $199 a month, which covers hosting, tracking, and monthly work.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most builds run six to twelve weeks from kickoff to launch. The timeline depends on how quickly content and feedback move on your end, and sites with more pages or content systems run longer. At kickoff you get a timeline with the milestones that need your input.
Can I add pages later?
Yes. Additional pages are $399 each and content systems are $999 each, quoted and approved before work begins. Smaller changes often fit inside your monthly plan hours, and anything else is $129 an hour.
Why is a management plan required?
Because a site that is not managed drifts. Services change, search shifts, and tracking breaks without anyone noticing. The plan keeps hosting, tracking, and improvements running after launch, and it is how Guidepost stays accountable for the site it built.
Do you build websites in WordPress?
No. Every Guidepost site is built on Webflow, which includes hosting and has no plugins to update. If your current site is on WordPress, the move to Webflow is included in the same $899 price, with your pages and redirects carried over.
